Three more Interactive Media positions posted
The U.Va. Office of Development and Public Affairs is assembling a new, seven-person team of experienced communications and technology professionals to advance the University’s interactive media initiative. Searches have opened for the following positions:

Assistant Director of Client Services (Posting number DV IMI D108BD 001)
The Assistant Director of Client Services orchestrates electronic communications campaigns that enhance the image of, and financial support for, the University of Virginia. The assistant director manages the client services group by matching technical solutions to constituent groups’ business needs, developing operational plans and assembling production teams. This position requires project and people management skills, expertise in Web development and familiarity with the fields of photography, graphic design, development and alumni relations.

Client Services Coordinator (Posting number DV IMI D10AA 001)
The Client Services Coordinator is a liaison between internal clients and members of the interactive media team. The coordinator meets regularly with assigned clients to understand their business processes and communications campaign needs, recommends appropriate electronic tools to meet those goals, and coordinates their deployment. This position requires project management and organizational skills, superior client relations abilities, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with Web development, design and content management is helpful.

Assistant Director of Content Management (Posting number DV IMI J05DC 001)
The Assistant Director of Content Management coordinates the development -- content, architecture and appearance -- of an interrelated group of Web sites that enhance the University’s image and financial support among key constituencies. The assistant director also trains and coaches U.Va. staff and alumni volunteers to use the institution’s content management tools. The position requires project and people management skills, Web development experience, and writing and editing capabilities.
