Engaging the Mind moves registration to Kintera platform
Registration forms and email campaigns for the spring offerings of the "Engaging the Mind" lecture series have been rebuilt using the Kintera tools.

Beginning with the March 30 lecture in Winchester, people on the series' mailing list will be notified through an email campaign delivered using the University's new broadcast email capability available through its partnership with Kintera. Online registration forms for the spring lectures also were built using the Kintera content management system.

The detailed reporting capabilites of the Kintera tools will allow Engaging the Mind program managers to better evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and easily access registration information for each lecture.

The project team included, from the Office of Public Service and Outreach, Megan Raymond and Tasha Cherry, and from Interactive Media, Zach Wheat, Paul Shearman and Becky Birnbaum. This is the first major Web site lauched through the Interactive Media Initiative since the July 2005 debut of HoosOnline.
